If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds, and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Hairlody Ventures, Lagos, Nigeria.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Hairlody, accessible from https://www.hairlody.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Shipping

We put time and effort into processing your orders, after which we carefully inspect it through our rigorous quality control systems to ensure you get maximum value for your purchase.

We ship all orders through 3rd Party Courier services.

Please note that all orders are processed within 3-4 working days.

Shipping within Lagos may take up to 2-3 business days.

Shipping to other states within 4 – 7 business days.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 hours of placing the order.

However, we will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the item cost to cover for costs incurred if your order cancellation request is successful.

The deadline for returning an Order is 2 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Conditions for Returns

We consider wigs and hairs hygienic items and therefore cannot accept returns, refunds or offer exchanges. However, you may return an item if:

  • We delivered the wrong product to you.
  • There is a defect in the product sent to you.
  • We delivered a product with the wrong specifications to you or you believe the item does not match the pictures displayed on our website.

In order for the item to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You did not manipulate the hair in any way.
  • You did not wash the or tamper with the hair in any way at all.
  • The item was purchased in the last 2 days.
  • The item is in the original packaging.
  • The hair has not been worn, used or damaged.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The hair has not been inseparably mixed with other items that can change the appearance in any way.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items or items on sale cannot be refunded.

Customized items are not eligible for returns.

Shipping of items eligible for return

You can return an item if:

  • We delivered the wrong product to you.
  • There is a defect in the product sent to you.
  • We delivered a product with the wrong specifications to you.

It will also be picked up by our Courier service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, you can exchange the item, request for a new product of same value or request for store credit which you can redeem at any time.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
